Scrubs Academy is proud to work with employers and community organizations that invest in future CNAs. Eligible students may be able to receive an employer-sponsored scholarship or assistance through a local workforce program.

Employer-Sponsored Scholarships

The organizations below have helped eligible employees cover their Scrubs Academy CNA class tuition upfront as an employment benefit. Funding and job opportunities vary, so contact each organization directly for current details.

Annandale Care Center

Annandale Care Center is part of Annandale Health & Community Services, a nonprofit organization providing skilled nursing, rehabilitation, assisted living, memory care, and other senior services. The organization supports compassionate caregivers by helping eligible employees pursue CNA training.

Located in Little Falls, St. Otto’s provides long-term and short-term skilled nursing care. Its resident-centered approach emphasizes compassion, teamwork, continuing education, and strong community connections.

The Gardens at Foley is a Monarch Healthcare Management continuum-of-care campus offering assisted living, memory care, rehabilitation, skilled nursing, and long-term care in the Foley community. Aitkin Health Services

Aitkin Health Services is a Medicare- and Medicaid-certified care center and part of the St. Francis Health Services family. It provides skilled nursing, memory care, rehabilitation, hospice, and respite services in a supportive, faith-based community.

Comfort Keepers — St. Cloud Area

This independently operated Comfort Keepers organization provides in-home senior care through its St. Cloud, Buffalo, Litchfield, and Nisswa offices. It helps eligible caregivers build their healthcare skills through employer-sponsored CNA training.

Comfort Keepers — Anoka Area

This independently operated Comfort Keepers organization provides in-home senior care through its main office in Anoka and additional offices in Chisago City and White Bear Lake. Eligible caregivers may receive employer-sponsored support for CNA training.

CareerForce St. Cloud

CareerForce is Minnesota’s official career exploration and job-search resource. The St. Cloud location connects eligible individuals with career planning, employment services, training resources, and programs that may help cover CNA training costs.

Central Minnesota Jobs and Training Services

Central Minnesota Jobs and Training Services is a nonprofit employment and training agency and a CareerForce partner. Its Monticello office serves Wright County with career guidance, training resources, job-placement assistance, and an on-site Career Lab. Eligible participants may qualify for help with CNA training expenses.
